1. This Court notices that despite 13 petitioners being impleaded, court fees has not been paid.

2. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners undertakes before this Court to pay the court fees in course of the day.

3. Let evidence of proof in this regard be produced before the officials of this Court by the end of the working day.

4. The petitioners are holding the qualification of Diploma in Education (Special Education) of two years regular course and participated in the recruitment process conducted for the posts of Assistant Teachers by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, pursuant to the notification dated 29th September, 2022.

5. The petitioners claim that the said course is recognized by the National Commission for Teachers' Eligibility, in terms of the Notification dated 23rd August, 2010.

6. Counsel for the petitioners submits that they have neither been classified in the absorbed or unabsorbed merit list of candidates.

7. In such circumstances, let the respondents take an appropriate decision in the matter and communicate the same to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from date.

8. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
