1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is not willing to pursue the writ petition any further inasmuch as the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. A letter written by the writ petitioner to the learned advocate-on-record for the writ petitioner is handed up to Court. The same is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent State authorities hands up a copy of a report dated September 4, 2025 prepared by the Block Development Officer, Mathurapur-I, Development Block, South 24-Parganas, wherein it has been stated that the outstanding dues of the writ petitioner have been settled and the matter now stands resolved.

3. In such view of the matter, WPA 3942 of 2025 is dismissed as having become infructuous.
