This is an application with a prayer for early disposal of all interlocutory applications, particularly, under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act as well as the application under Order XXXIX Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has tried to make this Court understand that these applications were fixed for hearing.

From the record, I do not find any effort on the part of the petitioner to bring the notice of the Court for fixing date of hearing of the pending applications.

However, considering all the orders placed before me, I do not find any laches on the part of the Court. The petitioner has the liberty to bring the notice of the Court for fixing date for hearing of the interlocutory applications for disposal.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant revisional application stands disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to intimate this order to the learned Trial Court forthwith.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
