The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his free egress and ingress has been obstructed by the private respondent nos. 6 to 10.

To that effect, he has taken steps before the learned Executive Magistrate and also informed the police authorities, however, the private respondents are also pursuing with their illegal activities and are continuing with their obstruction as alleged by the petitioners.

State has submitted a report

which reflects that the police authorities as and when informed have taken steps and has drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

The petitioners earlier filed an application under Section 163/166 of the BNSS for the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no untoward incident results as also no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locale.

Having considered the contentions advanced by both the petitioners as well as the State as also the fact that the police authorities are well aware regarding the nature of the dispute complained of, I direct that the police authorities would ensure that access to the petitioners'

residence may not be obstructed and, to that extent, if there is any breach of the peace and tranquility, the police authorities would keep surveillance so that no

untoward incident takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3966 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
