1. The instant revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 239 of 2022, pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour, 24 Parganas (South).

2. Considering the prayer of this revisional application, I refrain from asking the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party, who shall not be prejudice by any order passed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has referred to several orders passed by the court showing adjournment sought for on behalf of the plaintiffs.

5. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

6. Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour, 24 Parganas (South) is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No. 239 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment save and except grave urgency.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

9. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to communicate this order to the Learned Trial Court for necessary information.
