Appeal No.09 of 2020, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Chandannagore, District Hooghly with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the said appeal.

It appears from the records that the Misc.

Appeal was filed by the opposite party being aggrieved by an order of rejection of the application under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Additional Court, Chandannagore in Title Execution Case No. 337 of 2014. First and foremost, the Misc. Appeal is not maintainable, as an order of rejection of an application under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure is a revisable order. Thus, no order can be passed on the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner for expeditious disposal of the Misc.Appeal.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with liberty to the parties to

take appropriate steps in terms of this order. This revisional application is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.
