1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks Grade-II scale of pay from the date of having obtained D.El.Ed and Higher Secondary qualifications from the National Institute of Open Schooling as an in-service teacher.

3. In those circumstances, this Court directs the respondent no.6, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura to consider the petitioner's representation dated 8th January, 2024 appearing at page 26 of the writ petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of the instant writ petition.

4. If the petitioner is entitled to the benefits, let the same be given to him from the date after the last date of examination in respect of the concerned additional qualifications.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
