Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner came to India on a job and thereafter, married an Indian. The husband was granted bail. The State is represented.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the husband is not an accused in this case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is admittedly a foreign national and is facing proceedings under the Foreigners Act and Passports Act, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 611 of 2022 is dismissed.
