Inadvertently, in the cause title of the order dated 10th September, 2025 names of different advocates were transcribed against the petitioner and the State. Ms. Sanchayita De appeared for the petitioner whereas Mr. Mohim Chowdhury appeared for the State respondents.

Hence, name of the learned advocate who appeared for the petitioner shall be read as 'Ms. Sanchayita De' and name of the learned advocate who appeared for the State respondents shall be read as 'Mr. Mohim Chowdhury'.
