Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition was filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for a direction on the District Magistrate to pass an order. Counsel submits that the District Magistrate has done the same after filing the writ petition and hence the writ petition has become infructuous.

WPA 3904 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.
