The records of the case reflect that the said proceeding is under section 125 of the cr.p.c. and is pending before the ld. JM, 1st Court, Barasat.

Ld. advocate appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the court to the different orders and submitted that although the case was filed in the year 2016 but the application for interim maintenance is pending till date.

The ld. JM, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas is directed that in case any interim maintenance application, till date, has not been disposed of, the same should be disposed of on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter.

The ld. tiral court will take all efforts to conclude the trial of the proceedings under section 125 of the cr.p.c.

within a reasonable period of time by fixing at least one date in every 45 days.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 648 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
