It is also not in dispute that the petitioner has duly deposited the quoted amount.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of WBSEDCL submits that the electricity connection can be effected within a period of two months from the date of this order. In light of the foregoing, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to WBSEDCL to effect the electricity connection to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of this order, subject to the petitioner's compliance with all necessary formalities.

Accordingly, WPA 3918 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied

for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
