Mr. Indranil Halder ...for the petitioner Mrs. Koyeli Bhattacharyya ...for the WBBSE The son of the petitioner could not fill up the enrollment form for the ensuing Madhyamik Examination, 2022 which is going to be started from 7th March, 2022. Now, the petitioner's prayer is for issuance of admit card to her son so that he can appear.

I do not find any cogent reason for not filling up the form when other students of the same school, which can be easily presumed by this court, fill up the form.

In such situation, I do not find any merit in this application and the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
