Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners claim to have right over a property which he submits is being interfered with by the private respondents. Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the contentions and submits that the petitioners have no right over the property concerned. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is a dispute regarding construction of boundary wall. Police authorities are not supposed to monitor regarding construction of boundary wall or in respect of giving recognition to any right, title interest of any property.

However, police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or

any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3984 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
