1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner applied before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas for reconsideration of the order dated 8th April, 2022 for inter district transfer primarily on the ground that a new Head Teacher has been appointed in the School in question.

3. In those circumstances, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas shall reconsider the petitioner's case for transfer based on the current pupil-teacher ratio and new current Head Teacher in the School within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
