1. The petitioner is aggrieved that the certificate of the B.Sc. (2 years pass) Examination, 1996 has not been issued in his favour.

2. The petitioner has produced the original marksheet in Court, which is perused and returned to the petitioner.

3. I direct the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated January 6, 2025 and dispose of the same by March 15, 2026. Respondent no. 4 is directed to give a hearing to the petitioner as well as the college authorities, upon adequate prior notice.

4. The petitioner and the college authorities will be at liberty to produce further documents, if so required, to satisfy the respondent no. 3 that the petitioner is entitled to the certificate as prayed for.

5. If the consideration is found to be in favour of the petitioner, the concerned authority will issue the certificate as sought for by him.

6. With these afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
