1. The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The appellant was also not represented on the earlier occasion i.e. 19th November, 2024. In spite of giving opportunity to the appellant to put in the deficit court fees, no attempt has been made to cure the defect. The department has filed a report wherefrom it appears that the deficit court fees has not been paid till 25th November, 2024.

2. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed for non-deposit of deficit court fees.

3. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, the connected application also stands dismissed.
