It has further been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that, since the lower Court records have not been sent back to the learned Magistrate in the Court below, the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Magistrate in the Court below in terms of the order dated September 8, 2021 whereby this revisional application was disposed of.

Let the lower Court records be sent back immediately. Time to surrender before the learned Magistrate in the Court below is extended for a period of four weeks from date. The other parts of the order dated September 8, 2021, shall remain same.
