This is an application under article 215 of the constitution of India for wilful, deliberate, disobedience of order of this Court dated February 19, 2025 passed in WPA No.3921 of 2025 (Rahul Chanda Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and also considering the annexures along with the instant contempt application, it appears that there are substance to accept the contempt application. According, the contempt application being CPAN 1273 of the 2025 be accepted.

Petitioner is directed to serve upon the alleged contemnor and file affidavit of service on the returnable date.

Let the matter appear one week after Puja Vacation.
