The petitioner has filed the present writ praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to conclude the proceeding of D.Case No.01-D/III/202021 in respect of the premises no. 77, Bidhannagar Road, Ward No. 13, Borough-III, Kolkata-700067. Learned advocate appearing for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation produces the order passed by the Special Officer (Building), Kolkata Municipal Corporation on 30th March, 2021.

It appears therefrom that the demolition proceeding already stood concluded by the order dated 30th March, 2021.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

There is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The Corporation is directed to take necessary consequential steps to the order dated 30th March, 2021, if not already taken.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
