The petitioner seeks transfer.

During the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has filed a further representation before the Chairman of the Kolkata District Primary School Council on April 25, 2022. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent authority to consider the said representation.

As the petitioner prays for a direction for consideration of his last representation dated April 25, 2022, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman of the Kolkata District

Primary School Council to consider the representation filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The said respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the prayer of the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the said respondent at the time of consideration of his representation. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of his representation dated April 25, 2022 to the aforesaid respondent at time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition and the connected application stand disposed of.

The representation dated April 25, 2022 filed by the petitioner before the Council be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
