The order dated 05.03.2024 is mentioned for correction.

In the second and third lines of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "the petitioner was a teacher of a school and retired from service on" shall stand corrected and be read as "the husband of the petitioner was a teacher of a school and died-in-harness on".

In the sixth and seventh lines of the fifth paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression "from the date of retirement of the petitioner" shall stand corrected and be read as "from the date of death of the husband of the petitioner".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 05.03.2024.

The other parts of the order dated 05.03.2024 shall remain unaltered.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
