"The second appeal tender is of year 2001. The only outstanding defect is misdescription in the memo. None appears on behalf of appellant.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate, enclosing copy of this order, for taking steps to remove the defects as well as that the appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In event steps are not taken or appellant continues to go unrepresented or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed on adjourned date or thereafter.

Noting dated 28th July, 2021 says notice was issued. Printed list has been published. The defect can be removed after the appeal has been moved for admission but we are convinced, appellant has lost interest.

S.A.T. 643 of 2001 is dismissed.
