Learned advocate appearing for the State expresses reservation with regard to the order granting bail by the jurisdictional Court of the husband. 'Streedhan' articles are yet to be recovered. He highlights the contents in the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the fact that 'Streedhan' articles are yet to be recovered, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 1072 of 2022 is dismissed.
