Irrespective of the contentions of the parties before the learned civil court in Title Suit No.22 of 2015, the police authorities are directed to dispose of the complaint filed by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law. This order shall not be construed as an observation on the correctness of the claims of the petitioner. It is for the investigating agency to decide such issue. If necessary and if it appears to the police authorities that in view of the order passed by the civil court, the allegations of the petitioner can be settled amicably between the parties, an effort shall be made in this regard.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of a server copy of this order.
