However, it has been pointed out by the State that the present case is at the stage of Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. Having regard to the stage of the case, further meeting with the O.C./I.C. of Barasat Police Station on each and every alternate date until further orders, is hereby waived.

However, so far as the other conditions are concerned, the same will retain intact untill further orders of this court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is Disposed of.
