Let a copy of the order dated May 13, 2025, be kept with the records.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, however, submits that the impugned construction has not yet been demolished by the Municipality.

Upon consideration, I am of the view that the order dated May 13, 2025, has been duly complied with through the adoption of a resolution to demolish the alleged unauthorized construction.

The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file an appropriate application before this Court in the

event the Municipality fails to take further action in accordance with the resolution dated May 13, 2025. Accordingly, CPAN 309 of 2025 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
