Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and the notice served upon the State are taken on record. None appears for the respondents despite service. The petitioner claims to be the recorded owner of the plot in question and seeks to raise construction therein. He sought permission for grant of sanctioned building plan before the concerned authority on 30th October, 2025 and seeks consideration of the same. The petitioner undertakes to deposit the requisite fees for the purpose.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the Pradhan, Amrasota Gram Panchayat, being the 3rd respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 30th October, 2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of the order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
