Learned counsel for the State has filed report of S.I. Gita Sutar, Kalighat P.S. along with report, the investigating officer has filed the e-mail communication dated 14th February, 2026 of opposite party No. 2 wherein it has been stated that the matter has been amicably settled. The statement of opposite party No. 2 has also recorded.

Let the report be taken on record.

Petitioner is present through VC and opposite party No. 2 is present in person.

Opposite party No. 2 states that she is settling the matter with the petitioner amicably without any fear and force. Opposite party No. 2 states that divorce

has already been granted on mutual basis. Petitioner also states that the matter has been settled.

In view of the submission made by both the parties and report filed by the learned counsel for the state it seems that the parties have settled the matter amicably. This was a case arising out of matrimonial dispute. Since the parties have settled the matter there would be no purpose to continue with the present case.

It has been submitted that all other cases have also settled. Thus proceedings arising out of Bansdroni P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 are quashed.

This revisional application and connected applications are disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
