-Vs.- The State of West Bengal Mr. Rabi Lal Maitra Mr. Rajit Lal Maitra .....For the Petitioners Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Dipankar Paramanick .....For the State It is submitted by Mr. Maitra, learned senior counsel that there was an inadvertent error in the order dated 26th July, 2021. In paragraph 3 of the said order, it is recorded that the petitioners have admitted that the mother of the de facto complainant was also assaulted. Mr. Maitra, learned senior counsel has pointed out mentioning paragraph 4 of the petition that the petitioners never admitted the said fact but according to the petitioners, the said fact was alleged in the complaint. Therefore, the word admitted in paragraph 3 of the order dated 26th July, 2021 was recorded inadvertently.

Accordingly, such inadvertent mistake can be rectified by recording that in place of admitted it is to be read as alleged. The instant order be made part of the order dated 26th July, 2021 and the order be displayed in the server.

Thus, CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
