On 21st February, 2023 this Court enquired whether petitioner is a registered association or not. The petitioner prayed for time to examine the same but has not file any document to substantiate it either way.

It appears that either grievance of petitioner does not subsist or the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter.

Thus, there is no point in keeping this PIL pending.

Accordingly, the PIL is dismissed for want of prosecution.
