The investigation of Santaldih Police Station Case No.66 of 2023 is in progress. The complainant and the accused have stated that they have arrived at a compromise. I have assessed the nature of the allegations in the application and I am of the opinion that at this investigational stage having regard to the background of the case the compromise cannot be allowed. Let the investigation arrive at its logical conclusion. Petitioner, if so advised, will approach this Court at the appropriate stage. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 653 of 2024 along with connected application CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
