The earlier order passed in CRR 1198 of 2023 reflects certain directions being passed upon the petitioner for being complied.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the same has already been complied with, but yet the investigating authority has not filed their report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Records reflect that the case was instituted in December, 2022. More than 14 months have passed since then. Accordingly, I direct that the investigating agency will take efforts to take the investigation to their logical conclusion at the earliest. Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court after the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is submitted and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is served upon the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 652 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
