In view of the repeated prayer for adjournment, WPA of stands dismissed for default. It is obvious that the petitioner is neither serious nor diligent in proceeding with the writ petition.

Liberty is granted to the respondent-bank to act expeditiously in accordance with law and take all possible steps, whether civil or criminal, for recovery of their dues.
