In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the matter to continue shall be a futile exercise. The revisional application, being CRR 657 of 2024 is allowed. CRAN 2 of 2024 is also disposed of.

Sessions case 47 of 2023 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyani, Nadia be quashed.

The petitioners be set at liberty at once and discharged from their bail bonds.
