Petitioner complains that inspite of representation made to the police authorities no action was taken by the police authorities and the subject matter in the information so furnished was in respect of his wife and son missing and other articles were also missing. Police authorities have registered a case being Tarakeshwar Police Station case No. 66/2025 dated 19.02.2025, in course of investigation it was found that the lady along with minor boy are staying at Mahespur, Paschim Medinipur. Presently, it has been found that the lady along with minor boy is staying at the parental house of the lady.

Be that as it may the investigation of the case is in progress. So far as the primary grievance of the petitioner is concerned the same has been addressed. Petitioner would be at liberty to ventilate rest of the grievance before

the learned Court in seisin of Tarakeshwar Police Station Case no. 66/2025.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4013 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
