No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 753 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Islampur Police Station Case No. 367 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022 under Sections 363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with added Sections 302/120B/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

And In Re : Md. Bhutto Sk @ Josidul Sk @ Bhuttu Sk ...... petitioner Mr. Ali Ahsan Alamgir Ms. Soma Mal Ms. June Modak ....for the petitioner Mr. S. S. Imam Mr. R. Jana ....for the State Statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure names the petitioner as one of the persons involved in the abduction and murder of the victim. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 753 of 2023 is dismissed.
