1. Affidavit of service as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner is a candidate in the second State Level Selection Test (SLST) with a 55% mental disability. The petitioner is a patient of schizophrenia.

3. Mr. Purakayastha, learned Advocate appearing of the petitioner, submits that the candidature of the petitioner has been considered in the general category and not in the Physically Handicapped (PH) or Other Handicapped (OH) category.

4. The petitioner had made several representations which have not been considered by the Commission as to why he was treated as a General Category candidate in spite of giving all relevant documents regarding his disabilities.

5. In view of the afore-stated, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2025 by May 15, 2026 and the resultant order of such consideration be communicated to the petitioner 20.05.2026.

6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
