The Court is not required to adjudicate the propriety of the order dated December 14, 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court Alipore, South 24-Parganas, in Title Suit No.1629 of 2011. In view of the submission made by Mr.

Quasimuddin that an opportunity be given to the DW2 to tender the registered deed of gift in original in terms of the application dated November 23, 2023 and get the same marked as exhibit, the order does not call for interference. The DW2 shall be entitled to tender the original registered deed of gift and get the deed marked as an exhibit and the plaintiff will be entitled to cross-examine the DW2.

As the direction for expeditious disposal of the suit is already on record, the learned court is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the same.

This revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
