Mr. Golam Mastafa Mr. Tarasankar Samanta Mr. Aktaruzzaman ..for the petitioner Mr. Subir Sabud ...for the respondent no.8 Mr. D.N.Ray, Ld. G.P.

Mr. Madhu Jana Ms. Puja Sonkar ...for the State Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

The petitioner was engaged as data base collector in the Itamagra-II Gram Panchayat and claims to be working in the said capacity till date. Being aggrieved by the decision of the President and Secretary of the Itamagra-II Basundhara Mahila Prathamik Bahumukhi Sanga Samabaya Samiti Limited ousting her from the self help group, she approached this Court in WPA No. 4377 of 2023. By an order passed on March 21, 2023, this Court held that the allegations of the petitioner were solely against the administrative decision of the self help group and the State authorities were not responsible for the administration and management of the group. Monitoring the activities of the self help groups which were engaged in Government projects rested with the Mission Director or

the Project Coordinator. The petitioner was granted liberty to approach the Civil Court or any other forum for redressal of her grievance. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner submitted a representation before the Project Director, DRD Cell, Purba Medinipur on August 22, 2024. The said representation is yet to be considered. The petitioner seeks consideration of the same.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the Project Director, DRD Cell, being the 3rd respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated August 22, 2024 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereof. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
