Mr. Bhaskar Nandi .... For the Petitioner. Mr. Amal Kumar Sen Ms. Ashima Das(Sil) ... For the State Respondent. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition being aggrieved with the inaction that the respondent State Transport Authority to countersign his permit, originally issued by the State of Orissa for the Inter State stage carriage permit of the writ petitioner.

Mr. Nandy and Mr. Sen appear respectively for the petitioner and the State of West Bengal. Mr. Sen hands over to the court today an order of RTO and Ex-Officio of Assistant Director, State Transport Authority dated February 20, 2025. On perusal thereof, it appears that during the pendency of the present writ petition counter signature has been granted to the Inter State stage carriage permit of the writ petitioner as mentioned above.

In such circumstances, the court finds no further issues remaining in the present writ petition to be adjudicated any further.

Hence, the same being WPA 3993 of 2025 be disposed of being infructuous.

Let the order as submitted by Mr. Sen be taken on record.

Since, no affidavit has been called for, allegations made in the writ petition, shall be deemed to have not admitted by the respondents. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties, on compliance of all necessary formalities.
