This revisional application has been filed by the plaintiffs for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 120 of 2015, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum. The order sheets reflect that by an order dated May 30, 2018, Title Suit No. 120 of 2015 has been stayed by the learned court below till the disposal of Title Suit No. 89 of 2015.

Under such circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be allowed.

The revisional application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
