Sri Niloy Biswas Mr. Arijit Dey ...for the applicants/petitioners Mrs. Jyotsna Roy Mukherjee ....for the alleged contemnor Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated May 18, 2023 which is corrected as follows.

In the cause title of the order dated May 18, 2023 the name of the alleged contemnor be read as "Sri Niloy Biswas" in place of "The State of West Bengal & Ors.". The Department is directed to make the correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated 18th May, 2023.

Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

It appears from the affidavit of compliance that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN No. 234 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
