Mr. Snehasis Jana, learned advocate for the opposite party no. 1 is found present before the Court. The order dated 21/12/2021 and 01/02/2022, none appears on behalf of the petitioners to conduct the hearing.

Therefore, this Court holds that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the present revisional application. The petitioners have filed the present revisional application, challenging the order dated 14th November, 2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur, whereby the petition filed by the petitioners/plaintiff under Section 151 C.P.C. on 01/11/2019 for calling the Original Case Record of Title Suit No. 152 of 1979 was rejected.

The petitioners are not taking any step. That apart this Court does not find any illegality and/or irregularity in the order impugned.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 578 of 2020 is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
