Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the earlier direction passed in CRM (NDPS) 981 of 2025 on27.11.2025 four witnesses have already been examined. Learned advocate submits that 14 witnesses have been relied upon the prosecution.

Be that as it may, petitioner is the owner of the vehicle. The main relationship in the case would be on the basis of the Call Data Records as well as the ownership of the vehicle to be proved by the prosecution. The present witnesses who have been deposing before the Court, at this stage are of no assistance for diluting the provisions of Section 37 of the NDPS Act.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 347 of 2026 is dismissed.
