Petitioner has filed this application in the disposed writ petition being aggrieved by some action taken by the respondent authorities concerned after disposal of the writ petition which cannot be considered in the form of this application and appropriate course of action should be by way of fresh writ petition against this fresh cause of action. Accordingly, this application being CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
