The present revisional application relate to the same proceedings as that which was in respect of CRR 2681 of 2023. The said revisional application was disposed of on 25th July, 2023. Accordingly the directions so passed in CRR 2681 of 2023 will cover the present revisional application. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 670 of 2022 along with CRAN 1 of 2022 are disposed of.
