Mr. Ujjal Ray ...for the petitioner The petitioner filed her first transfer application from her present school to another on 23.08.2021. The next application on returning back of the first application was filed by the petitioner on 06.09.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner filed the third application as she did not receive any favourable response from the authorities and this third application dated 23.09.2021 is pending.

One circular dated 22.09.2021 came in existence putting some conditions and embargo on the transfer of teacher of a single post.

The petitioner's case is to be governed by the said Government Order dated 22.09.2021. The petitioner has prayed that her case to be considered by notification dated 03.01.2022. However, the school will send the transfer application to the District Inspector of Schools, if not sent in the meantime, immediately.

The District Inspector of Schools will take steps in accordance with the notification dated 03.01.2022

and will try to make some local arrangement for which three months time is granted to the District Inspector of Schools. If within this period no local arrangement could be made, it is to be intimated to the petitioner in writing. If within this period local arrangement could be made, the District Inspector of Schools will proceed in accordance with the procedure laid down in the notification dated 03.01.2022 in this respect.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
