Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that he has evidence in his custody which on being tendered is not being accepted by the investigating agency.

Investigation is the exclusive domain of the police authorities who are entrusted to investigate. The authority of the Courts is for supervising the act and action of the police authorities in course of investigation. In case the petitioner intends to take out any application before the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned, the Jurisdictional Magistrate would consider the application of the petitioner's and dispose of the same in accordance with the law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4010 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
