Mr. Wasim Ahmed Md. Ziaur Rahaman ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing Nadial Police Station on or about 28.01.2025 regarding the whereabouts of his son and wife, the police authorities did not cooperate with him.

The contents of the information so furnished with the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station reflect that there was a settlement, pursuant to which the petitioner and his wife arrived at a settlement.

However, the private respondent nos.

5 and 6 are the dangerous persons who, in every possibility, may force the petitioner's wife to be remarried and abduct the petitioner's son.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from anxiety and agony as he feels that as and when he would intend to visit his child, he may be inflicted with severe and serious injuries at the behest of the private respondent nos. 5 & 6.

I have considered the contents of the information and I find that whole of the information is based on apprehension. There is no accusation of any specific incident having taken place which could have permitted the police authorities to take any steps.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate, appears for the State.

In view of the passage of time of about seven months having been passed, I direct that the petitioner, if he is anxious of visiting his child, he would prefer an application before the appropriate forum. In case, police assistance is directed by the concerned court, the police authorities would respect and obey such order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4015 of 2025 is disposed of.
